Sellin, Rügen

The WIB-Bank and Hochtief commissioned AUKETT + HEESE with the initial concept studies and preliminary design of this seaside Hotel in the resort of Sellin on the island of Rügen in Germany.

Situated in a very prominent part of Sellin, where once the historic „Beachhotel“ stood, the proposal is for a 160 Room and Suites Luxury Hotel with Conference and Wellness areas.

The design takes into account both the extreme site levels as well as the community Statutes regarding the spa-architecture for the facades.
