Spindlers Hof Berlin, 2019

AUKETT + HEESE provided for the AachenMünchenerLebensversicherung AG, represented by Generali Real Estate, general planning services for the renovation and expansion of the office building complex Spindlers Hof (18.000 sq.m) in Wallstr. 9-13, Berlin.
The project was completed in phases. The concept and detailed design and planning application have been submitted. AUKETT + HEESE are working on the detailed design, tendering and supervision for the facade and basement renovation, including underground car parking and external works. The 2nd Building Phase was the renovation and fit-out of all tenant areas. The project manager was TSP Architects.
