Berlin, Potsdamer Platz

As part of an ensemble designed by executive architect Giorgio Grassi, Buildings 3 and 4 of the Park Kolonnaden at Potsdamer Platz, Berlin form the second phase of development, partly above an existing subway line and partly above a new below-grade car-park.

Giorgio Grassi designed Building 3, and Jürgen Sawade designed Building 4.Both H-form 7-storey office buildings have shops at ground floor level and together account for 34.000 sq.m. of development.

AUKETT + HEESE were commissioned by Hochtief to prepare the construction documents, by the Deutsche Bahn as the tenant with the planning of the fit-out.
