AUKETT + HEESE are the Architects of this inner-city shopping centre with 9.950 sq.m. sales area and 30 retail units over four floors for Tenkhoff Properties.

AUKETT + HEESE developed the Concept Design for Tenkhoff Properties for this inner-city shopping centre with 9.950 sq.m. sales area and 30 retail units, distributed. 130 car parking spaces are below ground.

In 2010 construction started; the listed facade of the former District Council Offices was rebuilt.
