AUKETT + HEESE were appointed by ARGE BAM
Deutschland and Max Bögl for the complete detailed
design and working drawings for the second phase
of Boulevard Berlin, in Steglitz, Berlin.

AUKETT + HEESE supplied the detailed design for
the first construction stage, the modernized Karstadt
Department store, which opened in April 2009.

Boulevard Berlin will offer approx. 76.000 sq.m. lettable
space for retail and restaurant areas for about
160 rental units. In addition ca. 850 parking
spaces will be created. The detailed design and working
drawings are based on a design by T+T Design,
Gouda and Ortner & Ortner Baukunst, Berlin.

The project, which is being developed by Multi
Veste Berlin GmbH, is scheduled to open on April 4,
2012.
