Hotel & Office Campus, 2012

The Hotel & Office Campus Berlin is located in the Mühlenstr. 11-12 in Berlin-Friedrichshain, close to Mercedes-Benz Arena.

The campus comprises a Holiday Inn and several modern office buildings with a lettable area of approximately 22,000 m². 700 m² of retail and restaurant spaces are developed on the ground floor, with approximately 155 parking spaces available for visitors in the basement. The main tenant of the offices is the online wholesaler Zalando. Further tenants are the Anschutz Entertainment Group and the Berlin Ice Hockey team, ‘die Eisbären’.

AUKETT + HEESE were appointed by PORR Deutschland GmbH for the complete detailed design and working drawings for the office and retail areas, plus the underground parking. The project developer is Strauss & Partners and the design is by Guder Hoping architects.
