AUKETT + HEESE are responsible for detailed design for a seaside resort site of 16.000 m² for the Resort-Hotel Kaiserbad GmbH & Co. KG, with 40 luxurious apartments of 60 sq.m to 110 sq.m area located in two villas. Adjacent to these is the 5-star Steigenberger Grandhotel with 120 rooms and suites, restaurants, cafés and a 2.000 sq.m Spa.

The detailed design is based on a concept design by Wolff Architekten.
