The building permit for Sheraton Berlin Hotel was granted in March 2011. Construction is due to commence with preliminary works at the end of the year. AUKETT + HEESE have been appointed by the Developers Chamartin Meermann Immobilien AG for preliminary design and design development. The 4-star hotel will offer a large conference area, a Ballroom, a SPA with swimming pool and a skybar.
