The detailed building approval application for Sheraton Berlin Hotel was submitted to the Berlin Borough “Mitte” end July 2010. Construction is due to commence with preliminary works at the end of the year. AUKETT + HEESE have been appointed by the Developers Chamartin Meermann Immobilien AG for preliminary design and design development. The 4-star hotel will offer a large conference area, a Ballroom, a SPA with swimming pool and a skybar.
