On March1st the 4-star-luxury Hotel Ramada with 337 rooms and the 2-star H2-hotel with 288 rooms opened their doors to the public in the centre of Berlin. In addition to the 2 hotels, the nine-level building christened “Die Welle” offers office spaces with a lettable area of 7.500 sq.m. AUKETT + HEESE were appointed by TLG Immobilien GmbH as Architects and General Planner for this 40.000 sq.m. project.
